Are the prices shown online the same as in store?

No. Prices on may differ from those prices in store as our Sportsco stores reserve the right to sell products at different prices for a number of reasons including seasonality, availability, promotions etc.

Can I Change/Cancel my order?

Once an order has been confirmed, the order cannot be changed or cancelled. However, you may return the goods once you have received them. For further information please refer to our Returns Policy.

Can I return an online order to a Sportsco store?

Unfortunately not. At this time all online orders must be shipped back our warehouse for a refund or exchange. Providing our online return policy conditions are met a refund or exchange will be provided. If you are requesting a refund, your original method of payment will be credited.

Please note that cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances and postage charges cannot be refunded. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information outlining all return requirements.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire 12 months from the purchase date.

Can I use my Gift Card online and in store?

Unfortunately, at this stage, you cannot redeem gift cards online.  You may only purchase a gift card online and redeem them in Sportsco stores nation wide.

Card and Payment Options

We provide a variety of payment options such as VISA, MasterCard, AMEX credit cards and PayPal.

Please note your card will be debited once your payment method has passed fraud screening and funds capture at the time of transaction. The name against the charge will appear as Sportsco on your statement.

Sporstco takes reasonable measures to ensure credit card and personal information are being kept secure at all times. Therefore, Sportsco uses EV Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Extended Validation SSL Certificates give high-security Web browsers information to clearly identify a website. This encrypts all the information you send across to Sportsco including your credit card details. Furthermore, all pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site have the Extended Validation Standard, which will cause the URL address bar to turn green in your browser; this verifies the authenticity of our online security.

Completing an Online Returns Request form?
  • Log into your Sportsco account and go to My Orders.
  • Click on the order that contains the product(s) that you wish to return or request an exchange for and click on the return button.
  • Fill out the required fields and read the Returns Policy.
  • Once completed click submit and you will be redirected to the Return Authority form. This form must be printed and sent with the products to our warehouse in order for you to receive your return or exchange.
  • Once your product(s) are sent back to our warehouse, you will receive email updates with the status of your return or exchange as well has being able to view the status within your Sportsco Account.
  • Please ensure you send your parcel back to the warehouse with tracking capabilities or registered post.

Do I need to set up a Sportsco account?

No, you have the option of checking out as a guest rather than signing in or registering an account with us. However, creating an account with Sportsco allows you to experience a faster checkout, as all your personal information including shipping and payment details will be saved and ready for you to purchase again on your next visit. An account also allows you to track your orders, view your history and receive email updates with our newest arrivals, exclusive offers, promotions in stores and online and much more.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, Sportsco offers gift cards for your convenience. You can purchase Sportsco gift cards online with the value of $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200. The gift cards can be used across all our Sportsco stores nationwide. Gift cards will be sent separate envelope to your online order. As this is a legal form of tender we prefer to send these separately to you order to ensure security.

Sportsco gift cards can only be redeemed for merchandise and not for cash. If the full amount is not used within a single transaction, the remaining amount will be left on the gift card, as any remaining value is non-transferable. Purchases of Sportsco gift cards are excluded from any sale or promotion and will not receive the discounted price.

All Sportsco gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Does Sportsco ship to international countries?

Currently Sportsco only ships nationally within Australia. We endeavor to expand our shipping in the near future so please check on our website regularly for updates.

Have you received my returned goods?

We are committed to refunding or exchanging your products as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 14 business days from when you posted your parcel back to us so that we can process your return. How do I enter a promotional code?

All valid promotional codes need to be keyed into the "Promotion Code" field within the Shopping cart process before submitting your order. Please note all promotional codes are case sensitive and must be written the exact way they are displayed.

How do I know what size I am?

Please refer to our Size Guide – men’s, women’s and children’s footwear and apparel sizing is available. All Footwear is shown in US sizing. If you would like further information regarding a particular style please contact our Customer Service Team at

How do I order online?

Online shopping has never been easier!

Browse the categories across the top navigation bar, which includes Mens, Womens, Kids, Sports and Fan Gear.

Once you have found an item to purchase, select your preferred colour, size (if applicable) and the quantity you wish to purchase then simply click ‘ADD TO CART’

You can then continue shopping or click ‘CHECKOUT’ to review the items in your bag and to finalize your order.

Once you have finished browsing and have added the items you wish to purchase to your bag, click the ‘CHECKOUT’ tab.

Within the checkout you can also amend the quantity selected for each item or delete unwanted items by simply clicking the ‘EDIT’ button. Your amendments will be updated and allow you to proceed with the checkout process. You will be asked to enter your name, shipping and billing details along with your payment method. Once your payment has been confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email with our tracking details.

How do I search for a product?

You can browse through the website using the different categories and the navigation menu located across the top. Alternatively, if you know exactly what you are looking for you can enter the key word/product code into the search function which is located at top right of our website.

How does the Wishlist work?

By creating a wishlist it allows you to send your list to family and friends. You need to create an account with Sportsco and then you can start adding products to your list. Once you have finished, click on the SHARE WISHLIST button and you will be able to enter the recipient’s email address and a message. They will then receive your wishlist items via email. You can also pop your items from your own wishlist straight into your bag and complete your purchase.

How long is my Gift Card valid for?

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Please note if you gift card is lost or damaged we are unable to replace this. As gift cards are a legal form of tender, they are treated as cash. Please contact The Customer Care Team if you require any more information. Please also note: At this time Gift Cards are not valid online

How much does delivery/shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 AUD. A flat rate of $10 is charged for all orders up to $100 AUD.

Express post is now available! All orders will be charged a flat fee of $10.00 for express postage (please note we cannot guarantee next day delivery to all towns, please refer to delivery times on the Australia post website for more information)

During promotional periods shipping is kept at a $10.00 flat rate on ALL ORDERS.

Payments may be rejected for a few reasons, please ensure you check the following prior to contacting our customer service team to ensure the information you have entered is correct:

Unfortunately, popular items tend to sell out quickly, however one of our stores in your area may stock the item you are after. Sportsco online has the right to reduce prices at our descression. Sale prices shown at are not aways vaild within our Sportsco Stores.

If you already have an account with Sportsco just click into the MY ACCOUNT section and you will be able to update your shipping, billing and payment details.

If you do not have a Sportsco account; please feel free to create one using the ‘register’ section on our website.

What if I change my mind, my product(s) don’t fit or are faulty?

At Sportsco we want you to love your online shopping experience. However, in the event you receive a product from online that is not quite right, doesn’t fit or is faulty we have a few options for you to return your goods.
