How To Qualify
Sportsco franchise operators are professional team players that are constantly motivated to achieve success personally and financially.
Typically an investment in a Sportsco Franchise will include the following major costs:
- Initial Franchise Fee - $60,000 + GST
- Opening stock - $70,000 to $150,000 (depending upon season).
- Initial Fit out - $100,000 to $200,000
- Miscellaneous (incl. Legal’s) - $3,000 to $5,000.
It is recommended that you will need to have at least $50,000 in cash availability and have access to approved finance for the balance. A good credit history and verifiable business and personal references are also an important factor in a successful application.
Initial Setup Fees:
So in getting your new store to opening stage, the following are the typical upfront fees you will need to cover.
- Initial Franchise fee, which includes your training fees.
- Bank Guarantees for rent and utilities as required.
- Legal costs associated with signing the franchise and related documents.
- Payment of stamp duty.
- Design & Fitout Costs
Please note that there may be other costs involved which relate to your particular franchised store that may not have been included in this summary list.
Opening Costs:
- Fixtures, fit out.

On-going Fees:
- Service fee paid monthly.
