At Sportsco we want you to love your online shopping experience. However, in the event you receive a product from our online store that is not quite right, doesn't fit or is faulty we have included below options for you to return your goods.

If you wish to return any product(s) you have purchased, you can return the product(s) via post to our online store within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return postage costs are at your expense,

However, if you have recieved a wrong item (different to what you have ordered) or a faulty product please contact us  and we will provide you a return label to send the item back so you do not need to pay the postage.

All returns will be processed once we have recieved the items back

Please ensure you send your parcel back to the warehouse with tracking capabilities or registered post as all returned parcels are your responsibility.


If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that:

  • You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery.
  • You produce your original Sportsco online receipt when you return the item.
  • The item is in original saleable condition.
  • All original tags attached.
  • In an unworn, unopened and unused state.
  • Any sewn labels are still attached.
  • A returns authority form is completed and sent back with your parcel.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Sportsco reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.

SALE items will only be exchanged (not refunded) for change of mind except where the item is faulty or defective. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire 12 months from the purchase date. Please be aware that gift cards are treated as a legal form of tender, like cash if these are lost they will not be replaced.


Online Exchanges

To exchange product(s) for an alternative product(s) or a different size, please fill out the Online Return Authority Form which has been sent out with your package. If you have not received the form please email to and we'll send the for back to you.

Exchanges can only be made for the same value of the purchase price of the product being returned. The products that you wish to return need to be sent back to our online warehouse address with enclosed the Returns Authority form and the receipt. Return postage costs will be at your expense. If the alternative size/colour is not available, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met, a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment.

Please note, we will pay for the postage to send the exchanged item back to you again. The Online Return Authority Form will have the address you need to send your package for returns.


A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned. Please note we cannot provide cash refunds.

Please note it might take 3-5 business days for the actual amount to be available in your bank account.

We are committed to refunding or exchanging your products as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 14 business days from when you posted your parcel back to us so that we can process your return.
