Our size guide refers to men’s, women’s and children’s footwear and apparel sizing according to brands.

What if I change my mind, don't fit or are faulty?
At Sportsco we want you to love your online shopping experience. However, in the event, you receive a product from online that is not quite right, doesn’t fit or is faulty you are more than welcome to send it back to us.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information regarding options that are available to you.
Can I change/cancel my order ?
Once an order has been confirmed, the order can only be changed or cancelled if it has not been dispatched.
However, if the order has been dispatched you may return the goods once you have received them. For further information please refer to our returns policy.
I accidentally placed a wrong order, what do I do?
If you have accidentally placed a wrong order please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com or call 03 9320 2820 and we will make the amend if the order has not been dispatched.
In case the order has already been dispatched you need to return the package to us once you have received them.
Do I need to set up a Sportsco account?
No, you have the option of checking out as a guest ras well as registering an account with us.
However, creating an account with Sportsco allows you to experience a faster checkout, as all your personal information including shipping and payment details will be saved and ready for you to purchase again on your next visit. An account also allows you to track your orders, view your history and receive email updates with our newest arrivals, exclusive offers, promotions in stores and online and much more.
How do I search a product?
Our website is set up in a way you can find the product you are after.
You can navigate through the menu according to gender, categories or brands.
Alternatively, you can use our search option to find the product you are looking for. Type a relevant keyword related to the product or the product code by the brand.

We provide a variety of payment options such as VISA, MasterCard, AMEX credit cards, Zippay, Oxipay, Afterpay and PayPal.
Please note your card will be debited once your payment method has passed fraud screening and funds capture at the time of the transaction. The name against the charge will appear as Sportsco on your statement. Sporstco takes reasonable measures to ensure credit card and personal information are being kept secure at all times. Therefore, Sportsco uses EV Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Extended Validation SSL Certificates give high-security Web browsers information to clearly identify a website. This encrypts all the information you send across to Sportsco including your credit card details. Does Sportsco ship to international countries?
Currently, Sportsco only ships nationally within Australia.
We endeavor to expand our shipping soon so please check on our website regularly for updates.
How much does delivery/shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100. A flat rate of $9.95 is charged for all orders up to $100. Standard delivery could take up 2-3 business days in capital cities (except Darwin & Perth) and up to 7 days for regional areas.
We have the option for you to select Express Shipping for $15.00
Express deliveries target next day delivery to capital/metro cities (except Darwin & Perth CBD). Please allow an additional 2-3 days to regional or remote areas and PO Box orders may take up to 7 days to be delivered.
Please note, orders are not dispatched on weekends & Victorian & national public holidays. There may be a slight delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via your email. You will be able to track your order in the URL that has been provided in the email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
SPORTSCO RETURNS POLICY CONDITIONS
If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided.
- You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery.
- We do not do any exchange and provide back refunds only (Online Store Only)
- Please ensure you have generated the label from the return portal, if not please make sure The return Authority Number is visible in the parcel
- No returns will be accepted without the return authorization number
- The item is in an original saleable condition.
- All original tags & box attached.
- In an unworn, unopened and unused state
- The original shoe box needs to be sent (even if the box is damaged). Please note we will not be able to process any refunds without the box as we can not resell the shoe without original box & the shoes will be sent back to you.
- Please put the box in another package to send it back.
- Any sewn labels are still attached.
- We do not refund the shipping cost
- Customers are responsible to pay for the shipping to send the goods back to Sportsco Online.
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Sportsco reserves the right to refuse a refund on change of mind items. Please note stores do not refund or exchange any items you have purchased online. Customers need to pay for the shipping to send the goods back to us. We will only cover the postage if its faulty or a wrong item has been sent out than what you have originally ordered
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire 12 months from the purchase date. Please be aware that gift cards are treated as a legal form of tender, like cash if these are lost they will not be replaced.
Customers need to pay for sending the returns items back to Sportsco. For any other reason the customer needs to pay for shipping back to Sportsco. Please use the online form and instructions on how to send the items back. Please ensure the return Authority number is attached with the package, returns will not be recieved with any return authority number on the package. If your item is faulty or you have been sent a different item that you have originally ordered we will send you a free return label to send the goods back to us. What to do I have to do to get a refund?

Have you received my return goods?
We are committed to refunding or exchanging your products as quickly as possible.
However, please allow up to 14 business days from when you posted your parcel back to us so that we can process your return. You can also track the return parcel from the return label tracking number

Do I have to pay for postage to return my shoes?
If you want to return any item(s) you have ordered online due to change of mind or ordering the incorrect size you can use the return label that has been sent out to you with your package. If you have not received the return label please contact us and we will email you the return label.
Can I return an online order to a Sportsco store?
At this time all online orders must be shipped back to our warehouse for a refund. Providing our online return policy conditions are met a refund or exchange will be provided. If you are requesting a refund, your original method of payment will be credited.
Please note that cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances and postage charges cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty.

Where do I enter my Promotion Code?
There are two areas that you can enter the Promotion Code
- The shopping cart page
- The check out page
Once you have entered the Promotion Code in the box, please click apply to receive the discount/offer.
My Promotion code is not working?
Please double-check the promotion code to see if it has been entered correctly.
Promotion codes are not case sensitive, however, the promotion code needs to be exact for it to work.
The promotion code will not be valid if it does not comply with the promotion terms & conditions.

How do I update my Sportsco account?
You do not have set up a Sportsco account to place order, you can simply check out as a guest to place your order.
However, if you already have an account with Sportsco just click into the MY ACCOUNT section and log in to update your shipping, billing and payment details
If you do not have a Sportsco account; please feel free to create one using the ‘register’ section on our website.
Sportsco Gift Cards
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, Sportsco offers gift cards for your convenience. You can purchase Sportsco gift cards online with a value of $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200. The gift cards can be used across all our Sportsco stores nationwide. Gift cards will be sent a separate envelope to your online order. As this is a legal form of tender we prefer to send these separately to your order to ensure security.
Please note, gift cards can not be redeemed on online orders and can only be used in our Sportsco shops nationwide.
Sportsco gift cards can only be redeemed for merchandise and not for cash. If the full amount is not used within a single transaction, the remaining amount will be left on the gift card, as any remaining value is non-transferable. Purchases of Sportsco gift cards are excluded from any sale or promotion and will not receive the discounted price.
All Sportsco gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Can I use my Gift Card online and in store?
Unfortunately, at this stage you won't be able to redeem gift cards online. You may only purchase a gift card online and redeem them in Sportsco stores nation wide.
How long is my Gift Card valid for?
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please note if your gift card is lost or damaged we are unable to replace this. As gift cards are a legal form of tender, they are treated as cash.

How does Wishlist work
A wishlist allows you to send your list to family and friends.
You need to create an account with Sportsco and then you can start adding products to your list.
Once you have finished, click on the SHARE WISHLIST button and you will be able to enter the recipient’s email address and a message with the wishlist.
You can also pop your items from your own wishlist straight into your bag and complete your purchase.
