How do I return my products?
Simply fill in our Online Return Form and check your email for the rest of the instructions. Can’t see the email? It may have found its way to your junk folder. If not, please reach out to the Sportsco Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, your original shipping charges won’t be refunded.
Does Sportsco cover the postal cost?
We do not cover the postage cost to send the products back to us unless it is faulty or wrong item has been sent.
What should I do if I received the wrong product or its faulty?
If this has happened, we’re sorry about that! Please email us your order details to email@example.com. We’ll organise a free return label and take care of the rest!
Can I exchange my product or get a credit note?
We’ve kept it simple and only issue a refund back to your original payment method.
Do I need to do anything before I post my product back to you?
Yes, just a few steps. Before sending your products, please make sure you’ve generated a label from the return portal. If you’re having trouble, you can return your items by simply writing your return authorisation number on a piece of paper and popping it in the package. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund without this number.
If I purchased shoes, do I need to send them back in the box?
Yes. Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund if the original box isn’t with your return. Place the original shoe box into another box/envelope upon returning to advoid any damage to the original shoe box (we will not accept shoe returns if the original shoe box is taped closed).
I’ve just received my order. How long do I have to return it?
We want you to love your products. From the date you receive your order, you’ll have 30 days to return your products back to us.
How long does it take to process a return?
