Covid/Omicron Delivery Update

Due to the widespread impact of Omicron infections, we are experiencing delivery delays across our business, which is also affecting our logistics partner Australia Post. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. This may result in additional delays in receiving your delivery. 
 
Like many businesses in Australia, our depots have been impacted by positive COVID cases and the necessary isolation time required to ensure safe re-entry to the workplace. We are working hard around the clock to ensure the impact on customer service and delivery is minimal.

What is the delivery time?

We intend to dispatch the orders the following day of your actual order. Standard delivery could take up 2-3 business days in capital cities (except Darwin & Perth) and up to 10 days for regional areas.

Please note, orders are not dispatched on weekends & Victorian public holidays. There may be a slight delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received. During promotional or a Christmas period.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via your email. You will be able to track your order in the URL that has been provided in the email.

How much does delivery/shipping cost?

Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 AUD. A flat rate of $9.95 is charged for all orders up to $100 AUD.

Does Sportsco ship to international countries?

Currently, Sportsco only ships nationally within Australia. We endeavor to expand our shipping soon so please check on our website regularly for updates.
