Sportsco Online Returns Policy

At Sportsco we want you to love your online shopping experience. However, in the event you receive a product from our online store that is not quite right, doesn't fit or is faulty we have included below options for you to return your goods.

If you wish to return any product(s) you have purchased, you can return the product(s) via post to our online store within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return postage costs are at your expense, unless the product(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, Sportsco will pay for postage so please include your postage receipt and we will credit you the amount.

Please ensure you send your parcel back to the warehouse with tracking capabilities or registered post as all returned parcels are your responsibility.


If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that:

  • You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery.

  • You produce your original Sportsco online receipt when you return the item.

  • The item is in original saleable condition.

  • All original tags attached.

  • In an unworn, unopened and unused state.

  • Any sewn labels are still attached.

  • A returns authority form is completed and sent back with your parcel.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Sportsco reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.

SALE items will only be exchanged (not refunded) for change of mind except where the item is faulty or defective. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire 12 months from the purchase date. Please be aware that gift cards are treated as a legal form of tender, like cash if these are lost they will not be replaced.


Online Refunds

To obtain a refund please fill out the online Return Authority form that is located within returns policy 'My Account’ prior to sending the product(s) back.

A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned. Please note we cannot provide cash refunds.

Completing an Online Returns Request form

  • Log into your Sportsco account and go to My Orders – if you have checked out as a guest please use the Return authorization template.

  • Click on the order that contains the product(s) that you wish to return or request an exchange for and click on the return button.

  • Fill out the required fields and read the Returns Policy.

  • Once completed click submit and you will be redirected to the Return Authority form. This form must be printed and sent with the products to our warehouse in order for you to receive your return or exchange.

  • Once your product(s) are sent back to our warehouse, you will receive email updates with the status of your return.

Please ensure you send your parcel back to the warehouse with tracking capabilities or registered post.

Online Exchanges

To exchange product(s) for an alternative product(s), please fill out the online Return Authority form found within the My Account section of the Sportsco website. Exchanges can only be made for the same value of the purchase price of the product being returned. The products that you wish to return need to be sent back to our online warehouse address with enclosed the Returns Authority form and the receipt. Return postage costs will be at your expense. If the alternative size/colour is not available, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met, a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment.

What if I don't have a Sportsco ‘My Account'?

If you checked out as a guest, please print off the Return Authority form. Fill in the required fields and send it with your parcel to the online returns address below, ensuring you include your Sportsco receipt. Your item(s) must be in original and sellable condition, including any tags or packaging attached. You will be notified by email the status of your return or exchange.

Have you received my returned goods?

We are committed to refunding or exchanging your products as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 14 business days from when you posted your parcel back to us so that we can process your return. In the unlikely event that you don't receive your refund or exchange please email our Customer Service Team.
